Foundations of a Roman Temple.

The foundations are just around the coast from Weymouth on the A353 at Overcombe.

The preserved foundations, an English Heritage site, are on the hilltop, and will built around the 4th century AD, just before the Roman's left. The temple combined Celtic and Roman styles. Worth a quick visit just for the view ! Free admission.
