Duntrune Castle Estate

Located by the sea on craggy rocks, parts of the castle date from the 12th century, making this the oldest continuously inhabited castle in Scotland. The majority of the building seen today dates from the 16th century, and it is still inhabited by the direct decedents of the same family 500 years later. The estate offers a variety of activities such as wildlife watching cruises, fishing and walking.
