LLywernog Silver-Lead Mine

Go deep underground into this restored 18th century silver mine.

This museum recreates life as it was for miners digging to reach the reach seams of silver-lead ores deep beneath the Welsh hillsides. There is a self guided trail around the old mine and restored buildings and machinery, such as working water wheels, before going deep into the mine workings themselves.
