Derby's museum of industry and history.
Formally the Industrial Museum, the museum is housed in the Silk Mill, one of hthe oldest factories in the world. The museum celebrates Derby's role in the Industrial Revolution and its later industries. Galleries include displays dedicated to Rolls Royce aero engines, the Midland Railway, and products over the years from local foundries. Lots of hands on fun and special exhibitions.
