Enjoy the 207 acres of parkland.
Located near the town centre, this is a popular park, to visit as there is something for all ages. The area was once once part of Markeaton Hall estate. The Hall itself was demolished, but the original Orangery is used a cafe, and the stable yard is used for the Markeaton craft village

Today you can admire the plants, the children can play in the Mundy Play Centre, wander around the craft village, play on the pitch and putt course, fish, and even ride on a 15 inch guage railway. Plenty for everyone, even a tree trail to walk around !

There are sports facilities to play tennis, football, or cricket. The Park also hosts a number of events, including the popular annual fireworks and bonfire. There is a Car Park charge.
