Woodland, lakes and Mountain Bike Centre in the beautiful scenery of Afan Valley Forest Park.

In the former coal mining area of the Corrwg Valley, the beautiful surrounding countryside of wooded hills and valleys is part of the wider Afan Valley Forest Park. in the 1990s a series of manmade ponds were created along the valley floor, creating another scenic feature. Ideal for walking, riding, fishing and mountain biking, the area is popular for all manner of outdoor pursuits. The Glyncorrwg Mountain Bike Centre is ideally situated in the village and has a bike shop and cafe.
