North West CambridgeshireSt Ives

Bridge ChapelSt Ives, an historic riverside town, not to be confused with St Ives in Cornwall.

An important annual fair has been held here since 1110.

Sited on the River Ouse with a 15th century bridge, which is unusual, as it has a chapel built into the bridge, one of only four medieval bridge chapels in England.

Statue of  Oliver Cromwell in the marketplace, he had a local farm.
