The lovely seaside town of Tresaith is one of the jewels of the beautiful Ceredigion coastline.
With a fantastic golden sandy beach and pretty surrounding cliffs and hills, it is a great place for a family holiday. Its is also excellent for rockpooling, and the small river Saith falls here as a waterfall over the rugged rocks in its final decent into the sea.
The village also has a popular pub, cafe, shop, and also a lifeguard in the peak summer season. It is one of the best places to look out for the Cardigan bay bottlenose dolphins, which are often seen close to the shore. Just along the coast is unspoilt Penbryn, another beautiful sandy beach owned by the National Trust.
Another great place to explore the beaches and coast, and easy to get into Cardigan or further south into Pembrokeshire.
