Wild and rugged tors, hills and lakes, Dartmoor is the No.1 Tourist Region in Devon, but it can be dangerous, so, please, be prepared for the worst when viisting or walking on the moor away from inhabited areas.

Dartmoor is easily reached from the main towns of Devon, via Bovey Tracey, Tavistock, Moretonhampstead or even Okehampton. The northern part of Dartmoor is use as a military firing area, so watch for the red flags.
