Okehampton
|
|
| Okehampton,
a market town near the remotest parts of Dartmoor.
Okehampton is a
grey town with a 1685 town hall and substantial stone buildings.
There is a small museum in the town and to the west is
the remains of a 14th century castle. A bit drab really, but
the largest town in the area.
