Torquay

Torquay, part of Torbay, the English Riviera, is built on several hills leading down to the coast. It has a major shopping area, which is car free so use the car parks, with theatre, cinema, restaurants, and clubs. Home of Torquay United who play at Plainmoor. The large modern marina now adds to the towns attractiveness, book your sea cruises at the harbourside. Whilst the town centre attracts most people, excellent beaches can be found at Babbacombe, with a cliff railway to take you down, and other beaches around the coast. Water sports available on the main beach. Lots of things to do and see, wet or dry weather.
