Bere Wood, a short walk from Bere Regis, famous as a bluebell wood so go about May.
 
Tulpuddle, west along the A35, the first union started here but the Tulpuddle Martyrs'  were all taken to Australia as the workers united for better conditions, you can see the Martyrs' Tree were they met and visit the small museum (Tel: 01305 848237).Map
