EssexBrentwood

Brentwood, on the outskirts of London, and not far from the Thames and the river crossing at Dartford. In fact its location led to the town's formation as it was a resting point for pilgrims heading for Canterbury in Kent.

Now a busy town near the M25, with the Brentwood Centre, a sports centre and entertainment venue, parks, cinemas and theatre, plenty of shops in the High Street.

Old buildings still remain such as Brentwood School, not open to the public, with it's Tudor Chapel.
