This privately owned and run stylish Georgian guest house benefits from an AA rosette à la carte restaurant serving modern European food. Located just off the A5 between Nuneaton and Tamworth, Your Guest House Hotel is within a 25-minute drive of the NEC, M1, M42 and M6.

This charming property has been tastefully converted into a special kind of small hotel. Dating in part from the early 1700s with later additions, many original features have been retained and others carefully restored.

The comfortably appointed and individually furnished bedrooms all have en suite facilities and are located on 2 floors. Guests may also take advantage of our elegant restaurant, awarded an AA Rosette for high quality food and complemented by a comprehensive wine cellar.

Getting To The Your Guest House

By Car: - On the A5, about 8 miles south-east of the M42 junction 10, follow the signs to Your Town. - Then follow signs to the town centre. - Take the third street on the right off the main high street to enter the 69 The Square. - The House is a cul-de-sac on the right-hand side of the church.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
