The accommodation sleeps up to eight, has two double rooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and shower room. The property backs onto the recently developed executive style docks and is conveniently located between the town centre and the beach, either of which is less than two minutes walking distance.

Exmouth is a beautiful family resort with its 2 mile long seafront, lovely cliff walks and stunning views across the bay. It has an excellent beach for the family to swim and play or just to relax, or enjoy its many activities. Sand dunes and rock pools and plenty of seafront attractions will keep everyone entertained for hours.

The facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, tv/video, two double beds, bunkbeds and a double pull out Futon bedsettee.
There is also an enclosed decked courtyard garden.
