A native of Guernsey, Catherine
Best is renowned across the world for her award-winning jewellery. Use
gold, platinum and silver and a range of precious and semi-precious
stones to create unique designs. Housed in a former windmill,
the showroom features jewellery displays, a shop and a workshop
where vistors can watch the jewellery being created or even
design their own piece.

Guernsey Candles specialise in
innovative waxwork designs, using 20 tonnes of parafin a year.
At the workshop and studio visitors can watch local craftsmen
at work. A popular attraction, set in an old Guernsey farmhouse,
has a huge range of candles on sale, plus other gifts.

Set in a garden in the far west
of the island with the Coppercraft Centre. Displaying thousands
of pearls and pieces of pearl jewellery. Watch pearls
being strung and get the chance to choose your own pearl which
can be set in gold, silver or gold-plated jewellery while
you wait. Shop and café and there is another shop in
the Commercial Parade, St Peter Port.

of the island with Guernsey Pearl. Guernsey Coppercraft gives
you the chance to watch craftsmen producing traditional copper

the Goldsmith's Hall in London, this family-owned business has
crafted traditional gold, silver and platinum jewellery for

Knitwear of Guernsey La Rue du Catioroc, Perelle
Bay, St Peter |
Originally hand-knitted in one
piece, the Guernsey sweater developed as a warm, hard-wearing
garment for seamen. The island's famous knitting industry
began in the early 16th century, when the Crown granted licences
to import wool from England. Today only Le Tricoteur continues
to produce machine-knitted and hand finished Guernseys.Watch
the traditional knitwear being produced and then browse in the
