One of the jewels of the scenic Llyn Peninsula, Porthdinllaen is a particularly quaint seaside village.
With perfect sandy beaches and picturesque old cottages spilling down to the waters edge, it is a great place to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Across the water can be seen rugged coastline, dramatic hills, and if you are lucky the sight of a basking seal. There is no vehicular access to the village, the visitor route is via the adjacent village of Morfa Nefyn.
Just to the north is Nant Gwrtheyrn, a restored Victorian quarry village used as a Welsh language centre, which also houses a heritage centre, museum and cafe.
As you had to walk to get here - see and enjoy the coastline.
