This country house has 2 acres of award-winning gardens, a swimming pool, and stunning views of the coast. At the bottom of the garden there is a footpath to Exmouth’s beach, which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Each room at The Barn is traditional in style, and has a TV for guests to enjoy. Rooms also feature facilities for making tea and coffee, a seating area and a work desk.

A full English breakfast is available each morning, and a range of beverages are served at the bar. Guests can enjoy a drink in the lounge, or on the terrace with its far-reaching ocean views.

The centre of Exmouth is a mile from The Barn, and guests can reach a cinema and a range of restaurants in 5 minutes’ drive.
