Ideally located for exploring South Wales, with easy access to the M4 and only 20 minutes from Cardiff, this newly-refurbished Victorian residence is set in the heart of Newport’s regeneration area. The Waterloo offers a comfortable stay in tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms, with all the original features of a traditional Victorian hotel, yet all the modern facilities for today's traveller.

This is complimented by a superb bistro, which won Metro Magazine’s ‘Restaurant of the Year 2007’. South East Wales is fast becoming a comprehensive business centre, and, as such, The Waterloo provides a fully equipped conference room for up to 40 people, and wireless internet facilities.

A lite bite menu, 2/3 course menu and a business 2 course menu are available for lunch.

In the evenings, the early bird 2/3 course menu is available as well as a full à la carte menu, a grill menu and a wide selection of vegetarian dishes.
