This small museum shows why people from all over the world have made the East End of London their home for more than 1,000 years.

Touch screen and 'hands-on' activities make this a good museum for children who can try on historic costume, or making Victorian matchboxes.

Two temporary exhibition spaces with changing exhibitions.
