The
London Aquarium is housed in County
Hall, the former headquarters of the Greater London
Council (GLC) on the south bank of the Thames.
Displayed on three levels, the
aquarium has hundreds of varieties of sea life and fish from
all round the world, all in one million litres of water..
The aquarium is popular with
both children and adults and the touchable rays are a particular
favourite.
There are interactive displays
as well as and information about endangered species.
The new 'Coral Reef Conservation
Experience' is fascinating but the highlight of the aquarium
is without doubt the sharks!
Don't miss the car filled with
fish as you go in either.
