Primrose Hill is separated from
Regent's
Park by London
Zoo and busy Prince Albert Road.
This 61 acre grassy hill has
a children's playground and an outdoor gymnasium. The
gymnasium has been here since Victorian times and now has
a large choice of exercise equipment.
The park has a good view of London
Zoo's aviary, designed by Lord Snowden and opened in 1965,
and at the top of the hill there are breath-taking views over
London.
Primrose Hill is one of London's
six protected viewpoints and there is a viewing panel to help
you identify all the capital's landmarks.
