SomersetFrome

Frome, one of several market towns in this area of Somerset, and was originally an important cloth centre.

Now overshadowed by nearby Bath, the town has many preserved buildings, there is a Heritage Walk to follow along the narrow streets, and you can see the restored church..

Cheap Street has a watercourse running through it, and 18th century almshouses and houses are by the bridge over the River Frome.
