Southwold
|
|
| Southwold,
a quiet family resort around the town greens. The canons on
the front are a reminder of Battle of Sole Bay in 1672.
There is a lighthouse by the church, with interesting figure,
in the middle of town.
Sand and shingle beach, and lots of small places to visit.
Good local beers. Fresh fish from local fishing fleet.
