What's New

South WarwickshireWarwick

Warwick, a pleasant town steeped in history, with its market square with shops all around, although the 1960's looking council offices sit rather uncomfortably with the surrounding buildings.

The town was ravaged by fire in 1694, but still some medieval buildings remain, as does Queen Anne and Georgian buildings.

Pleasant and large park where you can hire a boat.

There is a Tourist Information Centre in the town, and guided walks start from here.

Not much to do in the evening as most entertainment can be found in Leamington Spa.

Local racecourse.
